Creative Wellbeing Programme
Our Creative Wellbeing programme is an ongoing core programme, delivered throughout the year, with 2 hour sessions held weekly / fortnightly.
Delivered by local Art Facilitators, these sessions offer a range of creative activities to engage with. Attendees are also welcome to bring their own creative activities to the group.
This is an informal drop-in group for those experiencing a diverse range of mental health issues.
The benefits of Creative Wellbeing include:
Increased social connections
Increased access to creative activities
Increased confidence and self-esteem
